Funds are typically available for collection within 1 hour once the transaction is processed

RECEIVER INFORMATION: 

The receiver must be an individual with following details: 

• Full name
• Residential address
• Mobile number

PROCESS TO RECEIVE MONEY: 

• Once the transaction is processed, the sender will receive an SMS from us containing an 8-digit Wing pick-up code.
• The receiver will receive a separate SMS from Wing confirming the amount sent.
• The receiver must visit any Wing location and present:
  
  • The Wing confirmation SMS
  • The 8-digit pick-up code from the sender

IMPORTANT: 

• Please double-check all details, especially the mobile number and full name.
• Incorrect or incomplete information may result in collection delays or rejection.
• The pick-up code is valid for 30 days, if the code is not used within this period, the transaction will be automatically cancelled.

  • A mobile number registered with Wing, or
  • The last 8 digits of the 16-digit Wing card number (typically printed beneath the card number)

IMPORTANT

• E‑wallet services provided by Wing - to receive funds, the receiver must have an active personal Wing account, identifiable via the registered mobile number or the Wing card ID.
• Ensure all details are accurate  -  mismatches may result in delays or rejections.
